Terms of Use

Effective date: July 14, 2026

Welcome to justusforkids.org, operated by Justus For Kids TBI Foundation Inc. ("the Foundation"), a Florida not-for-profit corporation and 501(c)(3) public charity. By using this website you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

Nothing on this website is medical advice. We share families' experiences and help fund access to therapies that families and their own care teams choose; we do not diagnose, treat, or recommend treatments, and no story here is a claim that any therapy caused any outcome. Decisions about a child's care belong to the child's family and licensed medical professionals. If a child needs urgent help, contact emergency services.

Donations

Donations are processed by Givebutter, a third-party platform, under its own terms. Contributions to the Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; you will receive a receipt for your records. Donations are unrestricted gifts to the Foundation's charitable mission unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Children's images and stories

The photographs, videos, and stories of children on this site are published with parental consent and remain the subject of that consent. You may not download, copy, redistribute, or reuse images or videos of any child appearing on this site, in any medium, for any purpose. We take this seriously and will act to protect the children shown here.

Other content and trademarks

Text, graphics, and other content on this site belong to the Foundation or are used with permission. You may share links to this site freely and quote brief excerpts with attribution for non-commercial purposes.

No warranties; limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is." We work to keep information accurate and current, but we make no warranties about completeness or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation is not liable for damages arising from use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted here with the latest effective date is the one in force.
