Privacy Policy

Justus For Kids TBI Foundation Inc. ("we," "us") is a Florida 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 33-3376897. This policy describes what information we collect through justusforkids.org and how we handle it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and we treat children's information as sacred.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you email us, sign up for updates, or submit a form, we receive what you send — typically your name, email address, and message. If you're a family requesting support, you choose what to share with us.
Donations. Donations are processed by Givebutter, an independent payment platform. Your payment card details go to Givebutter and its payment processors — not to our servers. We receive your name, contact information, and gift details so we can thank you and issue receipts. Givebutter's own privacy policy governs the data it collects.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. We see aggregate page counts, not individual visitors.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not run advertising or ad trackers. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13; this website is operated by adults, for adults who want to help children.
Children's images and stories
The children on this site are real. Every photograph, video, name, and story is published only with the prior written consent of the child's parent or legal guardian, and that consent can be revoked at any time — email us and the content comes down. We never publish a child's medical records or diagnosis details without explicit authorization, and we never present a child's story as a medical claim.
How we use and share information
We use contact information to respond to you, deliver updates you asked for, and issue donation receipts. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (payment processing, email delivery, website hosting), when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of a child or the Foundation.
Your choices
Unsubscribe links appear in every email update. You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@justusforkids.org.
Security and retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, donation records retained for tax compliance). No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there is less to protect.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
